    Zen Upgrades? Any planned?

With all these ISP's upgrading their customers to higher speeds, anyone know if Zen are planning any such upgrades in the new future?

I have been with them for a while, and a shiny new 1 Mbps connection would be lovely!

Don't really want to go to another ISP to get a cheaper deal to be honest, ZEN have given me quite good service! I also don't fancy paying an extra £10 a month if I do stay with ZEN. Money doesn't grow on trees you know!

If no upgrades are planned in the near future, I may start shopping around for a different ISP...

    Cheers

As far as upgrades are concerned - those who are upgrading people are also capping their services. Zen supply an unlimited service, with a resilient network. We do not stretch our BT centrals to capacity, or even anywhere near capacity, so we can deal with any failures in our network or BT far better because there is more spare capacity available.

Someone left a note on a piece of cake in the fridge that said, "Do not eat!". I ate the cake and left a note saying, "Yuck, who the hell eats paper ?
