Setting up details once activated

Hi all, f2s has just activated my line. Im not quite sure how to set it all up so i can connect. Basically i had a pipex line before f2s, which had the log in details on the router under internet access setup.
I havent received any letters or packs regarding seting up, all i have is the online account details with my "ADSL user name" and im going to guess my adsl password is the same password i use to sign into the website.I have been given a wan ip also. Do i have to do anything with that ip. I.e put it under the fixed ip section on my access setup on the router, or is f2s a dynamic.

Hope you can help guys, cause im gagging to play bf2

All i did when i changed over to F2S was put in my new username and password. I think the password is the same as the username but if not give them a call, that's how i got my password.
