I'm going to be moving into a flat in april, and want to get broadband for it. It'll be in oxford, what's the best deal on bb, i won't be mass downloading but was using between 10 and 20 gigs a month at home, that was on 1Mb. Any ideas? ohh and i don't want to spend more than 25 a month
