See, you're capable of checking out ISPs yourself. Make a list, and check them out. Then choose the one with the right balance of cheapness-to-crapness. We can't hold your hand through this, this is a discussion forum, not a tech support one.

I am with F2S (Freedom to Surf) and have been for over 2 1/2 years. I am very happy with their product - it has been reliable and stable (the regrade to MAX was wobbly for a couple of weeks) and I recommended F2S to my Brother-in-law three weeks ago and it went in as scheduled and works fine.

So check out F2S - I find them OK. Reportedly the Tech Support is not so hot - but that seems to be the case with lots of ISPs, but in my experience the product is good.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.
