    email failure to several addresses

Hi all. I would be most grateful for any help with this.

For the last few days I am getting emails bounced back from a few unrelated addresses, all of which I have been able to communicate with recently. Other addresses, receiving and surfing all still work fine.

I have tried 3 different machines and 2 different broadband connections. 1 an NTL cable at home, and the other a bt telephone connection in my office all with the same result.

The only common denominator is the isp who host my domain, Was Trinite' now Nildram, and the email address.

All machines have up to date Norton, and other spam killers etc so I would be surprised if I had been hijacked.

Is it possible that my address has been logged as spam somewhere without my knowledge, and if so, how do I find out. Also if so, why only a few addresses affected ?

I need to sort this out quickly as the affected addresses are mainly clients of mine.

    Many thanks.

It could be that the server you use has been blacklisted by the servers that are bouncing your mail.

Are you using your own mail server, or the ISPs?

Try switching smtp servers if possible to see if that helps.

    Thanks for the response.

I am using Nildram's server. They are my office ISP and host my domain. I think I have to use the smtp server they tell me, but I'll check with them.
