I just bought one of these, how do I tell which firmware I have and if it needs updating.

i've managed to get this set up between my 2 hard wired pc's my xbox 360 wirelessly and my laptop via wirless.

Are there things I should do as I've noticed websurfing has become somewhat slower for some reason
