I'm with UK Free software network.

    http://www.ukfsn.org/home/internet/a...allowance.html

No throttling or anything and really good on and off peak allowances for a good price. I set utorrent to download automatically over rss feeds between 10pm and 8am and all weekend. Then I'm free to use plenty of bandwidth during peak hours to do with as I wish. I opted for an office connection (add vat) with 832kbs upload. Absolutely no complaints about speed or connection problems.

Thank you for the suggestion Mark, UKSFN sound very interesting!

They seem to offer everything I'm looking for, I think I'll be getting in touch with them once I recieve my MAC code from NewNet. Thanks again!
