    NTL Cable Modem Driver

My daughter's got a NTL usb cable modem, model 08004EU & it's decided to throw up a driver conflict so she can no longer get on the net. Now, being a teen she's lost all documentation that came with the modem including the driver disk. Does anyone know where we can source drivers from online, or is it a case of contacting NTL?

All ntl modems ive seen also have an ethernet port, which will probably be a lot easier

Just out of interest you haven't just upgraded to SP2 have you? I had an issue like this when i went to SP2 and it b0rked all of the USB ports on my Dell desktop here at work, had to go into each USB host and "reinstall drivers" to fix it - which was a pain without a PS2 mouse.
