ntl gives a pretty stable connection, so anything that doesn't have a modem in it should be fine. im running a linksys 4-port router atm, which has been running perfectly for years. upgrading to a netgear 8-port gigabit switch soon.

I'm using a Linksys WUSB54GS SpeedBooster - bought it a few days ago after finally losing my rag with the old Belkin one. I'm extremely happy with it - getting my full 10Mbps NTL service with no cutting out.

I bought mine from PC World, who currently have a bundle deal going on (router and 1 USB adapter) for just £39.99.

I can't post URLs yet, but pop a www in front of this if you want to check it out:

Another vote for Linksys - I use a WRT54GL with HyperWRT+Thibor15c firmware (custom firmware) on a BY 10Mb connection.

Solid as a rock - even the stock one suggested above is very good

Yup, got a Linksys BEFSR41 (or something) wired router - works great with my 10mb, and my PC/PS2/Xbox/HPTC hooked up to it via a 10/100 switch.
