Looks good!
Not around too often!
Should be nice & cool & also quiet with the fans on the lowest setting. Enjoy it.
One other point b4 u go and buy... on another post which i made about htpcs i was told to avoid compro cards as they choke with poor reception. Have a look at the equivelent hauppage ones.
My xcilo is totaly silent. I can barely hear it when my fans are off.
With love and many thanks,
Melons
im happy with that
one passing thought is...the golf ball fans...someone on here said they were not as quiet as they claim but its only a few quid...find out and let us know
akasa amber fans are my weapons of choice.
Xclio PSUs are made by the same mob who used to make Antec's PSUs (Channel Well Technology). There are mixed reports on reliability of these Antecs from good (earlier units) to garbage (newer units).
Antec have been using Seasonic for their most recent NeoHE series PSUs. Other than the fact that the rev 1 was incompatible with ASUS socket 939 mobos, these seem to be pretty good.
As for reliabilty of the Xclio (CWT) PSUs, I haven't got a clue. All I can say is that the Xclio case I got last year was a bit cheap & nasty and very bling on the front panel.
As for the Sharkoon fans - I've got a 2000rpm 120mm fan. It was very noisy at 2000rpm, but is acceptably quiet at 1000rpm (5V).
PS. I use a Seasonic S12 430W myself - good stable power and quiet too (fan rarely goes above 700rpm)

Funnily I chose the Compro card based on the review on the Hexus site
So is this a more tried and tested option?
