Soooo.... who wants to help me rob a bank?
It's a computer, not a particle accelerator.
GPUs, maybe 190W each, on the high end.
CPU, ~60W normal frequency, maybe 90W overclocked
Water pump, ~100W
That's 570W, do you really think the rest is going to take over 230W of power?.. and that was me being very generous.
I wish people would stop blowing power usage all out of proportion.
Use this to calculate the power.

You will be very suprised. Nvidia them selves reccomend a 1000W PSU when using 2 8800GTXs in SLI along with a X6800.
Plus you have 4 gigs of RAM, the RAID card, the 3 Raptors, the 5 Seagate hard drives, the fans, the sound card and the watercooling setup.
Quad Core
2 8800GTX's or ATI's upcoming cards
Abit IN932X-MAX
2X2GB's OCZ DDR2 PC2-9200 FlexXLC Edition (W/C Heatsinks)
3x150gig Raptors
One of the upcoming 1TB drives
Razer BARRACUDA™, AC-1 7.1 Gaming SoundCard
Razer BARRACUDA HP-1 - 8 Channel Gaming Headset
Logitech G5 Keyboard
Logitech G7 Mouse
1000W PSU
2X 30"Dell TFTS
Lian Li PC2000+ With Side Panel
Custom Water Cooling on everything 1/2" Tubing
2x Tripple Rad
6x SilentX Fans
I never used to hear my raptors, until I quietened down the rest of my PC

I told a porky - he only has 4 not 5 connected, my mistake. Does show that you don't need to use your pci slots though.
