    Any good BIOS Flashing guides?

I need to flash my BIOS (yeah, just after saying "I've never needed to flash my bios").

My LiveUpdater is telling me i'm using the backup BIOS, so to update i need to flash it... How do i go about this using a USB key/card as i don't have a floppy drive...

Basically my mobo won't allow me to go past 306mhz FSB.... So i'm going to try and update before i get a new one.

Know of any decent guides? I haven't been able to find much.

It doesn't, but now my Updater is working fine...

    Nevermind.

If anyone does have a guide, it might come in handy in the future anyway.

    Sorry.

The Mobo manual is as good as toilet paper. They rely on their really aweful windows based programmes to work and update your BIOS. The programme doesn't work...

well.. you should be able to get a flash done in DOS using the relevant instructions here

    http://www.weethet.nl/english/hardwa...omusbstick.php

along with the bit from the readme of the bios

    1. Pls make sure all the extracted files put in the same folder.
    2. pls run the flash.bat file to update FWH&SPI BIOS together.
    3. the program must run in real DOS mode.

I love the use of "pls" in a professional readme....
