Mine doesn't have 8400m, only intel 3100 inbuilt.

Well, upon closer inspection in John Lewis, the model only had an Intel graphics chip - despite saying Nvidia 8400M GS on the item description
I'm trying to find one online that has an 8400 but none of them appear to, what gives? The samsung press release said the would have Geforces.
To those of you that have the one with the Intel gfx, how does it perform in games? It seemed to be a bit slow in Vista when I tried minimising windows

From my instruction manual I think a model called the Q46 is coming out (not sure when) with the 8400m in it. Otherwise wait for the q70, that also looks pretty sweet!
The inbuilt graphics are fine for running windows, and the whole system is rather zippy. I have not tried any games apart from defcon and footy manager, so I guess I am little use to you in that department!

How is it for media playback? To be honest gaming is not really the priority for the laptop at all, but I would like to be able to do some video editing on it. Plus use it for watching tv/films
I keep missing your questions, soz! Media playback is good for SD material. I haven't tried anything HD yet. I will try something HD for you tonight and report back.

Well divx and windows hd content played well. Looked pretty tasty actually.
