The mountain mods case is a definite go, as well as the Q6600. I'm going to overclock this puppy like mad, and it doesn't make sense to pay a crapload more for a proc that is simply factory oc'ed.

The great thing about the MM is that u wont have to cut holes/dremel to fit a radiator in, saving u time and money if it went wrong. Also, this might be to soon to mention, but get the powdercoat model as the others can look a bit rough, depends on what u want.

    Anyone have mobo suggestions?

I was thinking about the Asus Striker Extreme, because Asus is what I usually buy...

The striker extreme comes with some pretty crazy heatsinks attached to the chipset, which, If I mounted a waterblock and accoutrement to the cpu, would likely mess up the chipset airflow... I don't know that I want to try to tackle the challenges of this board.

tbh a single gtx would be plenty

the raptors are noisy too, so if you are watercooling I think the noise from the seeks would drive me mad

may be look at the new samsung 500gb T's

Not for that display, at least, I wouldnt think so anyway.

I would be more worried about the driver issues for SLI, and the fact it doesnt work properly.

According to the latest CPC the 500GB Samsung T166 beats a Raptor in loading levels on FarCry so it's gotta be pretty damn nippy - worth considering.

I am now seriously considering cutting back to just one GTX. SLI would definitely be a pita. With watercooling and overclocking, One GTX will kick plenty of ass, and I wouldn't have to mess about as much with running the WC setup in parallel across two cards.

I'm going to go ahead and get one BFG WC card.

Plenty of room for future expansion out to a second card.

Ok, on to the CPU waterblock, pump, and reservoir.

Should I run separate circuits for the cpu and gpu?

I was thinking I could run a PA120.2 on the CPU and a PA120.3 on the GPU... that ought to take care of all the heat this bad boy will produce...
