Anyone know where I can get one of these cables?

Should be pretty straightforward this, but I think I may be looking for the wrong thing.

It is an internal USB splitter, so 2 into one.

The single end plugs onto this (Just a standard fully wired internal USB type connection), pins on the right are the USB;


This is the end that plugs onto the above bit;


The double end needs to have 2 x internal USB plugs, just the standard all in one (not the seperate pins, although they would do), same as above, but with one pin blanked out in the corner.

Does anyone know the correct name for these?...maybe I'm searching for the wrong thing?

Ive confused myself a bit with these

Its just a double internal cable I need, one plug on either end the same as in the pic.

So basically a USB extension cable, but with the internal plugs?*

Or the same as the above, but with 1 end having a single internal USB connector and the other having internal 2?

It's complicated (or simplified depending on what you want) by the fact that 1 USB port only uses 4 of the 10 (or 9) pins. The odd one out to make it a 9-cable socket is simply for keying.

It's easy enough to mock one up if needs be though.

Yes, I looked at the supplied cable and it was slightly different to all the ones I had, but after finding a pinout diagram, it seems that its just like the one youve linked to, only a double one, and longer.

As you say, its easy to make one.

the cable you're after ships with the Akasa Eclipse (IIRC) - reconnected one the other day.

1 connector for the motherboard and 2 for the front USB connectors.

Internally, its just a single cable mate, thats where I was confused

I'm sure I've got 1 of them from my case I removed as I didn't need to use the top mounted USB ports.
