I look at it like this..

If you buy from OCUK and it is DOA, and you decide that you want a refund, you will not receive a refund for the £8.00 plus vat that they charge for delivery, nor will they refund you for return postage, so, all in all, you could be around £15 out of pocket, and their customer service is widely recognised as the worst in the UK.

Crucial dont charge for shipping (unless you choose RMSD), and their customer service is excellent.

    No brainer really.

Excellent, will order direct from Crucial then

Bit strange that they dont have any stock indications on their website though but they should have everything in stock because they are the manufacturer , so just dropped them an email asking about stock and then once they have confirmed I think im ready to place the order.

Am going to go with the:
    2GB Crucial Ballistix Tracer 6400C4:
    http://www.crucial.com/uk/ballistix/...2864AL804&cat=

Much prefer the black over the orange so am going to pay the little extra for the tracers (plus get some funky led's aswell )

Thanks for all the help guys, really appreciated

EDIT: Just out of curiosity, if I got 4gb of these (4x1gb stocks) would they all overclock the same amount as if there were 2gb (2x1gb), or does having all 4 memory slots filled put strain on the memory controller causing it to overclock less?

It will depend on the motherboard that you use, but in general, I would say that you wouldnt be able to go as high, or use as tight timings with 4x1gb as you would with 2x1gb.

Car window tint - just need a tiny piece! Can't think where those pics where you showed me of your tracer but remembering them i understand your needs.

normally you have to run with slacker timings or slightly more volts running 4gb v 2gb as clunk says.
