I have the gigabyte G33M DS2R and it seems to clock well. I had my e6600 at 333x9, although the temps where too high so clocked back. The only problem I've had with it is it acts funny in S3 mode when overclocked.

I seem to have S3 issues when overclocking with my P35-S3 (when higher than 3.2GHz anyway). Does yours just not wake up again when put into S3 mode?

It doesn't always wake on S3 (when oc'ed) and other times it messes random things up if it managed to wake (it made it so the only button on keyboard that worked was backspace, which made a random character when pressed), although sometimes it would wake normally. Turned back to s1 and it fixed it.
