new mobo for core 2 system

want rid of my asrock due to general compatability issues.

was looking at the p5k deluxe not sure if worth going for it as i will be using my current ram so no need for the extra fsb, also do not need the e-sata.

current specs

core 2 e6600
2gb corsair vs 667
ati x1600 pro (stopgap till i buy something better)

see my system for other specs.

os is vista business may move to vb 64

Cant really get much cheaper than the standard p5k and it is compatable with future chips.. so i'd go with it.
