yeah, a few months ago i built this System
- athlon XP 2600+
- radeon 9600pro
- Epox 8rda
Inc £50 keyboard/mouse, and extra quiet fans,H/S etc + £80 antec case

all for just under £680 (not inc moniter)

komplett should have the hard disks, optical drives and the RAM cheaper, they also do a "lite" 9800 Pro from Sapphire (same card, less bundle)
tekheads might be quite good too, think they might have the zalman a bit cheaper
ebuyer might do the CPU a bit cheaper, as might cpu-city.
aria's always worth a look for a cheap 9800 Pro
