TV tuner card with a scart input?

Are there any TV tuner cards on the market that support a scart input, or any other type of input that could be converted from scart?

Reason for asking is I am getting sky installed on Tuesday and would like to be able to watch it on my 2nd comp and to be able to record.

    Thanks for any help

My hauppauge analogue TV card has composite in. You can get Scart blocks that split the various bits out (I think the PS2/3 comes with something similar), to give L/R audio and composite video (and sometimes svideo).

The quality is not amazing, but not too bad.
