    Look at what has happened with you're part and they have replaced it for you. I've never bought any logitec parts in the past but after reading this on here will definately be buying their parts in the future.

    Word of mouth with things like this means more than anything else.

    yep, the only glitch was last week when I didn't get a reply for several days. But I think the callcentre staff might have been caught up in the snow, as I got a prompt reply first thing monday asking me to post them the battery cover and charger plug.

    That was posted Tuesday afternoon, to umm Switzerland, and the mx700 arrived about 2pm today

    While I'm typing it might be of interest to note that there appear to have been a few tweaks to the mx700, the batteries have been upgraded to 1800mAh from 1700mAh, the finish appears to be thicker (so it shouldn't discolour so much), the glide feet appear to be made from slighty harder material, and the charger contacts are umm shiny
