I would then look into maybe fitting some extra fans into your case to give a bit of airflow.
Thanks, I did a quick work, everything is on the correct position; I also clean the CPU and CPU area. I noticed also that heatsink is also very hot. I just want to add that even my computer is power off during 1 week, as soon as I switch it on the temperature started immediately with 55c or 60c, then next during 1 hour or less or when I click or do lots windows the computer reboot alone, anyway I will buy a new fan with a heatsink and do everything you told me as a first step.
also the weater here in my country is so cold at this point of time.
Sorry if my English is bad

the things i would suggest you get are:

    - a few extra fans to put about your case (if you can give us the make/model of your case we might be able to tell u what kind of fans to go for)

    - A more efficiant Heatsink and Fan for your CPU (i would be happy to give you recommendations if you wish?)

    - Some TIM cleaner for your CPU/Heatsink (isopropyl alcohol is quite good, i use acetone for really tough jobs then isopropyl to purify the surface)

    - Some Thermal Paste to help reapply the heatsink and fan to the CPU

If you need guidance on this process im sure we will do our best to help, although if you dont feel to cinfident then i would be weary of doing it myself as mistkaes can be serious.

thank you very much you are much helpful, i will change the fan and heatsink first, and if i still have the same problem i will foloow your steps carfully, and tell you about the results.
    many thanks again

Not sure if you have intel/amd. I would say buy a good heatsink and a quieter fan for CPU if you want to be cooler but not noisy. Add one or two akasa 80mm fans as well depending on size of your case.

If you are going to be replacing the HSF (heatsink & fan) then unless the new one comes with paste already applied to it you will have to clean AND reapply new paste. Either way you will definately need to clean then as reusing old paste is a good way to see the temperatures rise even further!

Re: my CPU 3,22 temprature is 60c

Just to chip in... that's pretty much the same temp I was getting with a 2500+ when I originally got my PC (prebuit elsewhere with a volcano 7+). After removing the heatsink, cleaning both properly (with Articlean 1 & 2) and applying articsilver 5 it dropped considerably (10 to 15C). I now have a Thermaltake SLK-800 cooler and it's running in the low 40's, 20C lower than originally.

So my guess is it's really just a heatsink application issue. If you remount it with a decent thermal paste, and have good cooling throughout the pc you should see a decent temperature drop.

Re: my CPU 3,22 temprature is 60c

Your temps are a little high but not dangerous. My old P4 3Ghz regularly went up to 85-90C before I cleaned the dust out of the heatsink and changed the thermal paste. It is still fine now and has gone down to about 52C.

Cleaning and reseating the heatsink is a good idea, but dont rush and do it before you have the right stuff to do the job - something to clean heatsink, and some thermal paste to reapply afterwards. I used isopropyl alcohol and then Arctic Silver 5, but theres plenty of other things you can use, as described above.

Re: my CPU 3,22 temprature is 60c

as mentioned above get isopropyl alcohol from a hardware store and some thermal paste from a computer store (sorry i cant be more specific as i dont know what the shops are called in your country) before you attempt anything.

You need to make sure both CPU & HSF are cleaned and that fresh paste is reapplied to the CPU anytime the HSF is removed (unless it has only been like a day or so).

Everyone has different ways of applying thermal paste. The way i do it is i put a very small amount on, about a 1mm - 2mm blob and evenly spread evenly across the CPU using a narrow piece of plastic like an old credit card or similar. I then rub the excess off the spreading device onto the connecting surface of the HSF.
As im reseating the HSF on the CPU i wiggle the HSF round back and forth a few degrees just to be sure of an even spread.

If 60 is the load temperature then it's absolutely fine and there's no need to panic about it at all - some people don't like temperatures that hot but it's unlikely to have any especially horrible effects. If it's an idle temperature then you should try and work out how high it gets.

Re: my CPU 3,22 temprature is 60c

For the temperatures - maybe add more fans to the case to get the air around the CPU cooler.

The rebooting issue could be any number of things, error is a windows system file (usually blue screens) Memory, CPU beginning to fail, power supply possibly even hard drive. It may be a case of chekcking each thing individually if you have the ability?
