Not entirely sure as I haven't really got a clue when it comes to aftermarket heatsinks so I could be making a right fool of myself here.....
At first glance I thought it might be one of the Zalman Aero's??
it looks suspiciously like a zalman type heatsink, something like 3 9700's bolted together as it has the looks of a custom job.
zalmans are usually black or copper coloured though, i've not seen a silver/aluminium one.
Certainly looks a lot like them though and does look like a bit of a bodge job..
::: Zalman :::
as i said it looks alot like 3 9700's with the top portion of fins cut away, the some cheap bright bar to join them, and as mike said it does look like a real botch job if was manufactured as opposed to someone modifying the bits.
always thought that was black..ish
plus the picture in the OP seems to have some sort of bind around the fins where the zalmans don't.
^^ Thats what i thought it was to start with.
But i think it ooks more like a custom job to me, using three smaller heat sinks.
true, the only thing i can think of for the use of them is
a) heat dissipation form the main heatsink
and
b) to stop the bloody things from falling apart

I know for a fact its not a zalman, although it does look like it.
theres two pieces from what I can rememeber that move so it can be folded up like in the photo or un-folded from what I can recall I shall research some more but its really bugging me not knowing what it is now.
Think you are spot on staffsMike - doesn't get glowing reviews though! Rosewill hardly a well known name (or maybe they are in the US)
The idea looks quite good, but the execution less so.

Maybe it should have been called Roswell, cos it looks like it's from a downed flying saucer!
What a bizzar cooler.
Is it any good? or is it one of thoes Lan-party-bling-with-a-price-tag-to-match products?
