That way can work better than the websites instructions but i tend to find the paste settles better just doing it their way, you normally get a full spread with little or no gaps anyway

Just received the parts...

First impressions: WHAT FRIKKEN SIZE IS THIS HEATSINK! (Scythe Mine)

Case looks like (maybe a tad taller than I imagined).

WIll set round building it tomorrow, so will let you know how it goes (or doesnt go...)

hang on a sec... can you really touch your cpu with something held to your finger by static electricity (cling film)? Isnt that a bit dangerous?
