Antec 900 - front fans not spinning

Got this amazing case for my PC - only problem is, the 2 fans at the front of the case don't seem to be working at all, the big one on the top and the one at the rear work fine - but these 2 just sit there doing nothing - couldn't find the fan control switch for them inside the case either - how do i get these 2 front fans working?

And just out of curiousity, what settings do you have your fans on? low medium or high?

have you made sure that the fans are connected?

are they connected via molex or a 3pin header?

are they connected properly? also are they tri cools? could be faulty cos there was batch of faulty tri cools going around,

I didn't actually build the PC - I paid a PC shop to do it for me, I can only assume they hooked everything up properly but I'm pretty sure they did.

just have a quick check.. take the side panel off and follow the wires coming off the fans and see if they hook up to a power source.. it could be that it has been overlooked by the shop and havn't been hooked up...

having a hard time checking with all the other components blocking my view - do the fans at the front have a speed control switch too? I can find the switches for the top and rear fans, but not the front ones.

My antec 900's fans are working fine. I received 3 additional fans in the box, as some of the fans [as stated above] have been faulty.
I have all of my fans on medium.

Are the fans LED's lighting up ? If so, its likely the fans are faulty. If not, then check they're connected to the power. If they are, and there are no lit LED's then the fans are faulty.

check to see if the fans are daisy chained this can cause a problem if they are.

I thought the bad batch of fans was only for newer cases and does any one know the date in the case which has the bad batch?
