vapochill
and artic silver
On air, Thermalright SP97 & appropriate fan.
AS5 or Shinetsu G751.
any gd swiftec etc waterblock, 1/2" pipe, car heatercore, decent garden pond pump (roughly 700 l/min), big plastic tub and some de ionised water.
Pump in the tub
pump--->heatercore--->waterblock--->into plastic tub (and round again)
Total price prob about £60-80, a bit more expensive than an air cooler, but when u consider such factors as less noise and the ability for the water to keep the temps lower than 45oC no matter what sort of overclock u churn out... id say its worth every extra penny.
k cheeers guys.whats ur views on the coolermaster areo7 +??

my coolmaster areo 7+ and artic silver 5 are running 44c load with my 2500 barton @ 2370mHz vcore@1.7V
so the areo 7+ is ok for moderate overclocking
thermalright.. each model for each league on its own.. the most expensive one is the best, the cheapest one also is the best
my mate has an aero7+ and has artic silver 5 and has an overclock around 2.3ghz and the temps are around 35 full load!
Another vote for thermalright here, expensive, but worth it

I haven't got one but the latest Zalman (7000A Cu) should be a good mix of performance and quiet operation... For what it's worth though the Thermalrights are bloody good. Can't quite decide between the Thermalright SLK-900, the Swiftech MCX462-V and the Zalman CNPS7000A-Cu... I know the Zalman is likely to be the quietest (and *possibly* the best performer at low noise) but I'm still tempted by the other two (though memories of my SK-6 and the delta screamer are why I'm considering the Zalman)...
cool!what do u think would be a extremely cold cooler for the rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishty 486!i know it dont need it but the lower the temps....also is there anyway i could mount an amd 2800xp fan on a rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishe pentium?lol.also whats the best cooling fans for cases,im looking for a silent but cool fan.6 fans possibly .2front 2back.1 top.1side!cheers
