    Wierd numbers in memtest?

    hello,

When running memtest, I get bizarre numbers displayed at the top of the screen. According to memtest, my CPU (E6600) is running at 6194MHz, my memory at 1082MHz (DDR2 2164). Is this normal?

    Thanks!

i've never ran memtest before, but it's maybe just an incompatability with your motherboard or something?
    does it run ok?

Sounds like it's just not picking up the figures correctly - try a later version if it bothers you, otherwise it probably doesn't matter.
