    new hard disk & memory

anyone suggest a 4gb memory pack and a hard disk for me please??

    am running a e2180@3.3ghz, corsair HX620, ATI3850, 2gb PC7200 OCZ Special Ops and a 160gb maxtor IDE disk

i wanna improve the hard disk for something much faster, and more memory as i may as well stick vista on now.

not too bothered about how quiet the disk is as i'm running the PC with its side off at them o anyway.

    many thanks

Hard Drive WD 6400AAKS 640GB fast and quiet as well

Memory wise assuming your FSB is 333 then you may as well get 800MHz ram as its much cheaper than 1066 the next step.

So This Corsair ram should do you for a 4GB kit the faster DHX 4-4-4-12 timing model is available on today only for £61 if you fancied that not sure its worth the extra money though.

Re: new hard disk & memory

Agreed with that, both good choices. The RAM is really up to you, I find most branded kits much of a muchness. I like geil, crucial and corsair though
