need a new psu well something a lille more stable!

heres my current spec can u guys tell me how much juice each part is taking then reccomend me a good psu?

X 2 optical drives (liteon)
asus p4p800 delux mb
3ghz p4 800fsb
corsair 3200 twin pair x 256mb each
ati 9800 pro 128mb
maxtor 160gb sata hdd
floppy
X 2 akassa l.e.d. fans
and standard heatsing and fan that came with cpu

CWT450w from scan. there about £30 and is plenty for what you need - probably uses less than 300w but i cba to add it up...
