    the regedit is for vista.

    it's easier for XP:

    just make a file called oeminfo save it as an .ini file

    past this in:

line1=Google it...

line3=why arn't you on google?

    and for the piccy in xp just save it as oemlogo.bmp

    and drop both into system32
