    2.1 Speakers

    Hi Guys,

Im thinking about buying such set, there is huge choice, and just wonder what to buy for around £30. I'm not audio pro listener, just want it for games, dvd and to play music from dvd player - and can't afford real sound system.

I would appreciate suggestions, as there are so many to choose from. Thanks

I would choose from the logitech/creative/altec lansing sets here for £25-£30.

I have a set of creative I-trigue 2.1's I actually got them for £23 from scan (RRP is rediculous..£60 or something) but I generally like creative speakers.

That said there is also a couple of Altec Lansing 2.1 sets in the house and they are remarkably good

I think if I were buying them I would have the Altecs

I would really really suggest Edifier M3300 for 37 quid delivered.

For some reason, this brand isn't quite as popular here in the UK, but elsewhere like the states and the asian countries its known to be one of the best sounding and value for money speakers.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

    Like the look of them

I might still be tempted by the altecs but they seems like a very good bet.

    Re: 2.1 Speakers

Thanks all fro help, these 5,1 looks great, but they are not new - I just would like to have some kind of warranty. I was thinking about Altecs. I will search around a bit, read some reviews, and anyway it is only around 20-30 quid so...

    Thanks again

    I really fancy this ones:

But would my misses let me have them? , around £100
