micro direct, crap delivery

made an order on friday 5th, it said that it would come on monday 8th, but nothing. money has been taken from my bank account. on the website it still says ' Pending Administration', phoned them up 0870..., waited for 10mins on answerphone, no one picked it up. just e-mailed them, is this normal or micro direct got the same disease as ebuyer.co.uk, **** sake

Same here, emailed them this morning and as the reply arrived about 10 mins ago, so did the courier...
