Dell 2405

Hello people
Im after some advice. i have a dell 2405 wfp and a 2408 wfp. I am only using the 08 one and want to do something with the other one. however it has a 1 inch wide transparent green line down the right hand side of the monitor. realistically i want to get rid of it and sell it. does anyone have any ideas on whats the best way to do this?? get it fixed then sell or just sell?

Still covered by Dell's 3 year warranty? I presume you've tried it on a different display port/cable and it's definintely the panel?

nah its not, they sent me a new one (the 2008 one im using) so im guessing its not under warrenty because they already sent me a new monitor. im pretty sure it is the monitor, i rang them an everything and i also tried it with lots of different cables on differnt PC's etc.
