Help please! CPU cooler replacement - no retention module

I have a computer with a DFI Lanparty UT NF3 250Gb motherboard and a faulty Arctic Cooling Silencer 64 TC. The CPU fan only spins ocassionally and doesn't spin when the computer gets hot.

I need to replace the HSF but the current HSF is screwed into two points on the motherboard. I have just purchased a Freezer 64 Pro but this requires fitting to an AMD retention module, which I do not have. Any idea where I can get one or whether I can get a HSF than is compatible with the motherboard mounting system I have.

I did look on ebay but they were asking £6-8! I also needed it ASAP. I have now robbed one from another computer so am sorted now. Thanks for taking the time to respond.
