On the screen shot you've posted you don't appear to be able to tell router/firewall which port to forward the traffic to... As well as opening the port your router needs to know where to send the traffic. This is done automatically if your program uses UPNP (and the router supports it and hasn't had it turned off). If the program doesn't use UPNP you need to tell the router to forward all traffic on those ports to your PC's IP address (which should either be fixed or you'll need to update the firewall config everytime it changes). Looking at the screenshot try the "Virtual Servers" link.
