mATX cases that fit a 285 GTX

    Hey,

Basically my 8800GTS went pop, and a mate of mine has traded me one of his 285GTX's for my z5500's..

Problem is I have a SUGO SG01 which can only take a 9" card with the HDD enclosure in, and the 285GTX is 10.5"

Now I know that SS make a new SG01-F which can take upto 12" cards, but when you have an full size modular PSU - things get a little tight with all the cables.

Can anyone reccomend a case which has a little more space, ideally has 3 HDD spaces (though I have a converter 5.25">3.5" already in)

Doesnt have to be a cube shaped machine, could live with a smaller tower.

    Cheers

I would have a look at the Silverstone SG03 and SG04 or the Antec NSK3480. Also the Lian Li V351 is also worth a look.

SG05 will take long card but needs some serious modding

TJ08 will take anything you throw at it

Two 120mm fans (stock ones undervolted are very good).

Room for any length graphics card I can think of.. with a 120mm fan then blowing straight onto it

Looks great, removable mobo tray makes it simple to work on.

That said when I got mine it was £40 not £70

The coolermaster range of elite 3** mATX will do the same job, don't look as nice but can't have it all.

Re: mATX cases that fit a 285 GTX

That certainly would be classed as rigorous testing
