Go to (My) Computer find your USB stick right click > format > then it will have a drop down menu and offer you the options FAT32, NTFS, FAT and possibly exFAT.
Select FAT32 and tick quick format and then click ok.
Then copy the bios file over, i can't remeber which one it was so you could copy them over individually and see which one the bios flashing utility finds when your in the BIOS.

Last thing: Should only one file be on the stick at a time? I take it formatting it will delete all other data?
Well you could try it with both the .exe & the .150 on the stick at the same time but if you want you could try them individually, the bios will only notice the newer firmware.
BEFORE YOU FLASH BIOS RETURN YOUR BIOS SETTINGS TO OPTIMISED DEFAULTS - YOUR OVERCLOCK COULD MESS WITH THE FLASHING PROCESS. - Obviously you can save your current overclock into one of the profiles and load it back up again.

When you format it deletes everything anyway...

Well you can delete the bios file off it to save some room and you may want to re-format it to the NTFS file system as FAT32 doesnt let you copy files to/from that are 4GB or more in size - if you've got a 2GB memory stick then obviously that wont effect youThought so. Ok was already at fat32 I think. I get a weird option in bios, something to do with partition 0 (no name) or .../ (media's list). Which one should I choose :S

Didn't like any kind of overclock as the little animated bit of the boot started producing coloured particled around it and would then BSOD. Just in optimized defaults atm. I'll go have another go in the bios
