for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
OcUK had a few Xeon X3360 processors available for around £110 today.

I don't mind noise at all. I actually keep the side off my case most of the time and have my GPU fan running at like 80%.
Jammy bugger! I paid almost £170 for mine in January 2008. I think that by that point Phenom had come out and was obviously not competitive in performance, so Intel slapped a premium on its own quads againStill, I reckon it'll see me through another 2 - 3 years without issue, so I'm not complaining
