I mainly use a Hamster because I mostly just browse the internet

For gaming when I used to seriously game I used a Logitech ball mouse which I found the best mouse I'd ever used - even to this day, apart from the BS2k which I've tryed a few times and like alot. I prefer some extra weight - although I found the tracking on the MS Mice I've tryed very good, theres no weight behind the movement.

Vote in for the Logitech MX700, although I wasn't into FPS last time I used a ball mouse, so not an honest comparison. I envy ekundo his MX510 though, would love to give it a shot on Far Cry, but love the work of art that is the MX700 too much to swap.

I dont know how people can play with it.
I tried it for a few weeks and it was PANTS.

Give me a good optical anyday. MS v3 or MX510 will do me nicely

With agent on the boomslang - can't stand them.

I'm normally prefer wires - but I just can't fault the MX700 - plays as if it's wired anyway.
Now go away before I taunt you a second time.

Maybe some of you should play your friends and try out the different mice to see if it makes a difference...

Play the game see who wins swap the mice and see if there is much difference in the scores you get.

It replaces a cheap ball mouse so ther is probably no contest.
