Just had another thought, put it on a mini-ITX board
mini-ITX = 170mm x 170mm, that cooler = 240mm x 240mm minimum
However considering currently the highest TDP of any commerical processor is the GF100 from the gtx480 at a massive 250watts, I still wonder why graphic card coolers are so small.
