My CPUs been overclocked, but my graphics card isn't. Might work up the courage to overclock the graphics card eventually...

    xtreme modder/clocker here

Have introduced some exclusive Vmods to the overclocking world
inc 1st Asus A7n8x Vdd mod.. 1st A7n8x xtreme vcore mod upto 2.4v
Vmem mod for a MSi board & Vmod for Qtec 550 PSU.

Have done numerious Vmods/vdd/vmem & gfx mods over the years inc
    friends boards.

Don't Know the meaning of Stock even had my Barton 2500 running for a short stint at 2.4v though the prommy could not handle the heatload at that voltage.

Hmm wasnt sure what to chose... my cpu hasnt seen stock since about a week after I got it.. howver the mobo and ram are underclocked, and the gfx isnt huuuugly overclocked atm.
this is mainly becuase I wasnt playing much games, and was working on watercooling, then got bored, but eventually itll be finnished and I can overclock again - which will probably be when the next good games arrive and so I will need it.

Never had the time to even learn how to overclock although i'm sure once i'm at uni i'll be surronded by more people who can show me the ropes and give me some pointers so i don't blow the components i have up and leave with nothing. [Looks like i'm in the minority here]

I used to overclock pretty heavily. Raced Gibbo over at OcUK to be the first ever to 2GHz on the original TBird Athlon (and got beat, damn SoftFSB). I've been top of the 3DMark ORB before too and HEXUS has been top of the webmasters list.

But these days, reviewing for HEXUS generally means everything I run is at stock speeds, except when the review requires it. Over the past few months I've been more than happy with FX-51 @ stock clocks.

But I do have a go every now and again Currently running FX-51 @ 2.8GHz (maxed out the multiplier on my SK8V) and a 6800 Ultra @ 470/1250.

Nothing fancy - when there's power to the secondary PSU it's on - no switch, just the PS_ON wire shorted.

Nothing here is stock- my CPU is OCed (and modded from Duron to XP) but my FSB is at 189MHZ, technically less than the motherboard and RAM should be capable of; I couldn't get it stable at 200FSB and CBA to RMA it. My Graphics card is softmodded but underclocked too, I think I need an arctic cooler for it as it locks after a couple of hours of gaming.

I've been overclocking for a while but I'm too poor to buy really good components like Corsair RAM etc. so I'll never have the fastest comp. in the world. To me overclocking is more about making the most of what you have and building a fast and stable system on the cheap- I run Find-A-Drug 24/7 and have had systems with a month or more between reboots at 100% CPU load.
