5: desktops and 3 laptops. And they all have their own seperate uses, quite scary really!

Myself, my dad and my sis all work away from home so we have a laptop each, there's a gaming PC, although it's ancient, and a work PC, which is even older (K6-2) No network either, so we have to fight over the modem.

    8 -
    my main rig (iona below),
my production (ish) server (louise below),
my smoothwall (P166, few network cards),
my test server (P166, network card, Gentoo Linux, LAMP)
media box (semi under construction, ie caseless mini-ITX board with other guts)
Dad's PC (Athlon 1GHz, integrated everything else)
    Mum's lappy (Celeron 500MHz Tosh)
    Brother's and sister's pc (AMD K6 500MHz integrated everything)

[edit] I also have a pile of 5 more P166's, am going to have a look at clustering them (just for the sake of it) but atm they are unpowered. they work though =)

Before anyone asks, there is really no use for a beowulf made of 5 P166's, I'll just do it for interest.

My lousy PC and my Dad's even lousier PC.
I sometimes borrow his to make mine look good!

    Components So Far:
    XFX Geforce MX 4000 128mb
"SumEvision" (Who the hell are they) Multi channel PCI Sound card.
Standard 56K Modem that I'll probably never use.
Case with a bit missing but it's only superficial.
(God this PC is turning into a joke. )

I've voted 2 as they are *setup and running* as we speak.
But there are 4 ready to use PCs under my desk, 2 more in other rooms, 3 laptops (4 if you count an Amstrad PPC640!) + an iPaq.
God, I'm beginning to hate computers.

Varies between 5 and 8 depending on what I'm doing. Don't even want to think about how many I have at work.
