Agent I havent seen an antec but i belive they are very similar. Anyway they are good psus and the spec is exactly the same. the cwt is very cheap in comparason and I think it lacks some of the things which most people would not notice, a -5v rail for example.
As I said havent got an antec to compare but I have pics of mine if you want to compare them.
I know both are known for having very little space inside (= mess).
