If it's standard crucial then it'll be cas 3 so I wouldn't try anything too crazy, if it's set by spd in the bios then the timings should be automatic.
You might be able to get it down to cas 2.5 without too much hassle, but I think cas 2.0 would be pushing it..
Standard settings are cas 3-4-4-8 at 2.5V, but cas 2.5-3-3-7 should work okay..
If that works then you can try lowering the settings down to 2-2-2-6, but do it one setting at a time, but it probably won't work at 400..

Hmm, after having a hunt about, it seems that DDR 400 (2.5:7:3:3) is probably the best that it'll manage
