    Chip limit?

Ive got my 2500M up to just over 2.7GHz but I feel there may be more there
Its running 1.95v, I think it will do this speed with less volts, I can boot into windows at up to 2.8GHz but it falls over, Also I can only get the FSB up to 210MHz, seems low for a NF7s V2?
Yes 2.7 is very fast but if theres more in the chip I want it
System specs are as follows :

Custom waterchill setup, dual rads (1 120mm rad and 1 dual 120mm rad) antarctica waterblock, nb block, L30 pump
    Antec 550 Watt True power
    2500M
    NF7S
    1gb PC 4000 Kingston HyperX
    6800GT
    3 hard drives
    Optical drive
Shed loads of fans and cathodes

So what do you think? is there any tips for getting more speed? Ive heard of a L12 mod?
