3DMark '13 score thread

Sorry guys, busy weekend was busy so no time for messing with computers Also still waiting to find a magic free DP - VGA adapter for my 3470

It looks like the final score is quite heavily weighted towards the physics scores, which means better CPUs can easily compensate for poor graphics. Wonder how the picture would change if you just charted the graphics score and ignored the physics...

EDIT: checking the chart, the 9800GT Eco has more than double my HD3000 in graphics, but less than 30% higher overall score. Bad weighting for what is primarily a graphics benchmark, IMNSHO.

No. There is nothing using Physx.

The combined scores are all higher from 2-4th place than 1st too.

Edit: I wonder why there is such a gulf in my score versus other 680s?

Latest drivers gave me a big jump in score, most of the top 680's are clocked in the 1250 range too, which is about as high as they go on air.

As per usual - that 1150/1500 OC on the GPU is not game stable. Horrible artifacting in BF3.
I've reverted to 1140/1440.

My new settings have been stable all weekend on BF3 and they complete Heaven as well. I cant seem to push anymore out though even with a voltage tweak. It is the Bog standard EVGA 680 so i am pleased with the extra ive managed to get from it.

Aye. I would need to up the voltage. Those clocks are all at stock voltage.

Stock i5 with my 660 ti PE on a fresh windows install has beaten my overclocked phenom score! Il post up the link tomorrow after i have run it with the 5870 aswell
