Personally for the money i might be tempted to spend the extra £10 and get the Corsair Carbine 300R.

Case prices have jumped up recently, you'll be pushed to find the z11 for £50
    other to look at
    Xigmatek Pantheon
Casecom CS-13 (the very cheap casecom cases are bad, but the high end, well high end for casecom, like this case are good)
    BitFenix Shinobi

The z11 plus is £51.98 amazon

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Zalman-Z11-P...9&sr=1-1-spell

Would you still advise that I go for the cs 13 at that price? Is it worth the extra 12 quid?

Re: Zalman z11 plus - can I do better for £50

Arc mini is great but mATX not ATX, the ATX version is £70 but is a lovely case

Prodigy is nice but miniITX, why is it even being suggested?

The 200r is nice, it's corsair's budget box, not a lot of real features as seen in their more expensive offerings but is still relatively costly for what it is.
the fractal design core 3000 would also fit that description btw, a good basic case, but a bit pricey for what it is.
Both would be good options around £35-40 not around £45-50

The Z11plus is not a bad case, it's got a striking stealth boomer look to it which isn't to every ones taste but looks are a personal thing, I actually quite like it.
one nice feature to note about it is the hard drive mounting, instead of a basic screw or rail system, it's using slot in grommeted screws, you screw them into the drive then slot it in like you would with a rail system, it's a good system and short of suspension mounting is the best anti-vibration mounting system.
