actually they both have 15 frames and there is no visable colour loss (unless you spend ages staring at it load it up and start comparing it frame by frame

my sig has 2 monkeys in it ,so i dont think there's much you could say about it to offend

It depends on your monitor, if you've got some crappy low res blurry junk then you probably can't see much, but with the monitors I use I can see the colour loss immediately, which is why I left it as it was..

I'm actually starting to get sick and tired of this crap tbh, my sig is as I wanted it, I felt that the trade off between file size and quality was worth it in this instance, and it's not too huge for just a one off competition, if you don't like it turn the signatures off in the User CP.
