Quick Question About HP Network All-In-Ones

Such as their top of the range Photosmart all-in-one, with built in WiFi and wired LAN.

I know how the printing over the network is done, and I assume that the printer installs a fax "printer" as well so you can fax by printing to it? But how is scanning handled, and the media card readers on the front? Does every PC on the network have access to the scanner, or can map the media card readers as network drives?

    Thanks

i havent used one but afaik you get a piece of hp software which you install on every pc. This then handles scanning and media readers, so only one person can access them at a time.
