My brother needs a PC to play Champ Man

OK my bro has a crappy e machines pc that will not even run Championship Manager. Can you build him a new one for less than £200, we can use the monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers, and 2xcd drives he already has. I was thinking of buying the parts you suggest and making it for him as a Christmas present.

Sorry i haven't got time to price it up properly, but check out ebuyer mate.... tbh I'm cheap so I'd get stuff from forums

My brother has just told me the specs of his pc,

    600Mhz Celeron
    196Mb ram
    15Gb Hdd
    Gfx??
    Windows Millenium

Its so bad that he cannot even install XP.
